before & after treatment

After six months of doing tests, I was diagnosed with primary progressive multiple sclerosis, the most aggresive sclerosis.

By then:

  • Moving my right leg was tricky: I had to make an effort to lift it mentally high enough so as not to rub the shoe against the ground.
  • If I had to walk for a long time (30 minutes), the usual thing is that I would end up rubbing my right shoe against the ground repeatedly.
  • I felt my hands with less control. I could not control basic movements like playing Ping Pong as well as I used to before;
  • On a mental level, I was nervous, not being able to keep control of myself;
  • I remember it was tough to write on the laptop at high speed.

That has disappeared or reduced a lot since I started Coimbra Protocol.

  • I lead an everyday life; I can focus and write on the laptop without a problem.
  • I play tennis and run at the same speed as others.
  • Some days I forget that I have sclerosis.

I want to clarify an important point. Although the symptoms began to progress very quickly before starting the Coimbra Protocol, I was not physically handicapped; I did not need to use a cane or wheelchair.

I am mentioning this point because although I am 100% convinced that the Coimbra Protocol will help people with multiple sclerosis or other autoimmune diseases if you have an advanced state of the condition, it may take longer to see the benefits but do not give up. You will end up noticing improvements!
